MTD Kitchen partnered with Jamison Services to provide full cabinetry solutions for 3807 Wilshire, the adaptive reuse of the historic Pierce National Life Building at Wilshire and Western. This 13 story mid century tower is being transformed into 176 modern apartments while retaining ground floor retail and adding a new rooftop lounge and pool deck. From our state of the art manufacturing facility in North Hills, MTD Kitchen designed, manufactured and installed all kitchen and bathroom cabinetry throughout the project. The interiors feature clean contemporary finishes, muted natural tones and efficient layouts crafted to complement the landmark mid century architecture while supporting urban living in one of Koreatown’s busiest corridors.
