MTD Kitchen partnered with Jamison Services to deliver complete cabinetry solutions for Western Station, the eight story mixed use community located at 800 S Western Avenue in Koreatown. This project includes 230 studio, one and two bedroom apartments built above 13,300 square feet of ground floor retail. The development also incorporates the historic Pellissier Square Garage, which has been repurposed to serve as retail, residential amenities and parking for the new residences. From our state of the art North Hills manufacturing facility, MTD Kitchen designed, manufactured and installed all kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for the project. The interiors feature clean modern finishes, warm wood tones and efficient layouts that support contemporary urban living, complementing KTGY’s bold blue slate exterior design and dynamic façade.
