At MTD Kitchen, we’ve always known beautiful cabinetry serves as a major selling point in any competitive housing market. And we love providing excellent installation and savings to our multiunit clients who are preparing to rent or sell their buildings. For this Wilshire & La Jolla project, MTD Kitchen was contracted to build and install all of the cabinetry from top to bottom in each unit. That is one of our larger projects, approximately 560 rooms inside of each building unit which will consist of all the millwork; from high-quality kitchens to wall panels, bathrooms, closets, and common rooms. We’re very excited to be able to be the cabinet provider in this highly anticipated apartment tower. MTD’s beautiful cabinets and space-saving mechanics makes any apartment kitchen more efficient and luxurious.
Near the famous Miracle Mile neighborhood this apartment is located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and La Jolla, just south of Hollywood Hills and east of Beverly Hills. The 15-story mixed-use residential and retail building consists of apartment homes, 6,000 SF of retail, four levels of above-grade parking, and resident amenities on the sky deck and podium levels. The shape of this high-rise residential tower draws inspiration from the film and television industry of Los Angeles.
With kitchens, closets, and bathroom cabinets from MTD as an added luxury, we anticipate these apartment homes will rent faster with the kind of quality material and craftsmanship we are providing.
The development was approved in 2005. The tower will be 5,100 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 275 parking spaces on four podium levels upon it’s completion.
